What is included in a season ticket package?

*VIP seating: A required annual donation of $1800+ for each two seats in addition to the cost of the tickets. VIP Club Subscriptions require an additional $1800 charitable contribution for each two seats that are purchased. VIP Club Subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, marked in yellow in the seating chart above, available only to these subscribers prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public.

2026–2027 season ticket holders will receive priority access to purchase tickets to DR SEUSS' HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS and BEETLEJUICE later this summer.

DR. SEUSS' HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS and BEETLEJUICE are not included in the 8-show season package. 


Automatic Renewal

All season subscribers for the 2026–2027 season will be automatically renewed each year moving forward, so you can relax knowing your seats are secure year after year. If you ever need to cancel your renewal, you may do so by submitting this form before March 9. After that date, cancellations can be handled by contacting the ASU Gammage Box Office.

Season Ticket FAQ

How do I upgrade/change my season tickets?

The upgrade period will take place after the renewal deadline. You must renew your current seats in order to be eligible to upgrade.

After the renewal deadline, you will receive an email invitation with instructions on how to participate in the upgrade process. At that time, you will be able to log into your Broadway account and review available seating options using our Interactive Seat Map. You may browse availability for your current subscription performance, as well as other subscription days, times, seating sections, and price levels throughout the theater (excluding Orchestra VIP). If you choose to make a change, you can select new seats and complete your upgrade online in just a few steps.

A few weeks after the final renewal deadline, all renewed ASU Gammage Season Ticket Holders will receive an email with information about when upgrades will begin. A second email will follow the next week when your personal upgrade window opens. This email will include a link to log into your account and view seats that became available from subscribers who did not renew. If you are happy with your current seats, no action is required. If you wish to make a change, you may adjust seat locations, performance day, and/or time based on availability. Any price difference will be due at the time of upgrade.

Upgrades are subject to availability and are only possible when better seats become available through cancellations. Seating within the high-level donor section (Orchestra Rows 3–15, within 20 seats of center) is excluded from online upgrades.

Annual VIP Donors of $1,800 or more receive first seating preference and will be upgraded manually. Please email change requests to viptickets@asugammage.com.

Orchestra VIP seats require an additional annual donation of $1,800 for two seats or $3,600 for four seats. For more information about becoming a VIP Donor, please contact the ASU Gammage VIP Donor Club at 480-965-9915.

IMPORTANT: A valid email address is required to participate in the upgrade process. Please add ASU Gammage to your safe senders list to ensure you receive all communications. If you have not used our online system before, need to reset your password, or need to update your email address, please contact the Box Office at 480-965-3434.

Upgrades are only available for renewed accounts. If no upgrade opportunities meet your needs, you will retain your current seats.

Are payment plans available?

Yes, payment plans are available. 

Payment plans are the option to pay 50% now and 50% later. Must pay by credit card, limit one credit card per account. 

For renewing subs please complete this form by March 9, 11:59 pm to be enrolled in a payment plan. Accounts will be automatically renewed in full on March 11 unless a form is submitted. 

First payment is due at purchase (or automatic renewal- March 11) and second payment is due June 15, 2026. 

Second payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on June 15, 2026. Credit card required. Account must be paid in full before any exchanges can be processed online. There is no additional fee or interest accrued if you choose to use the payment plan for Subscription Package. Valid credit card with expiration after June 15, 2026 required.  Payment plan may only be applied to the cost of your Subscription Package. Season Options must be paid in full at time of order.

How do I purchase season tickets in the VIP section?

VIP Club Subscriptions require an additional $1600 charitable contribution for each two seats that are purchased. VIP Club Subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, marked in yellow in the seating chart above, available only to these Subscribers prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public.

Will I be mailed tickets?

Tickets will not be mailed. Your season tickets will be digital.

What if I want printed tickets?

Printed tickets are available upon request through the ASU Gammage Box Office for a $5 fee. Tickets must be requested in advance

How do I change my quantity of season subscriptions?

If you would like to purchase additional subscriptions, you may do so during the upgrade/change period.  If you would like to reduce your quantity, you can contact the Box Office at 480-965-3434 or email boxoffice@asugammage.com to request an adjusted invoice.

When I renew will my tickets be added in my account instantly?

Your tickets will appear in your account closer to the first performance. You will be alerted via email when your season tickets are added to your account.

What is a season option?

Season options are a separate purchase and not available for purchase until after subscriptions are renewed and paid in full. Season ticket holders will be able to purchase tickets to the season option before the general public. 

What if I have credit in my account? When and where can I use it?

If you have a credit in your account you can use that credit towards your season tickets or future performances at ASU Gammage. Your credit does not expire.

What is automatic renewal?

On March 2, 2026, ASU Gammage will announce our 2026-2027 Broadway Season, and after the announcement you will be able to view your invoice. On March 11, 2026, subscribers will be automatically renewed with the card on file.

When can subscribers exchange individual performances, and what are the deadlines and costs involved?

The exchange period will take place during the summer. Exchanges must be completed no later than 48 hours before your performance, or by 4:00 p.m. on Friday for weekend performances. Some shows may require exchanges to be completed at least 72 hours prior to the ticketed performance.

If you exchange into a higher-priced performance or seating location, the price difference will be due at the time of the exchange. If you exchange into a lower-priced seating location, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment or issued as an account credit. All exchanges are subject to availability and include a $5 exchange fee.

What if I do not want to renew my season Tickets?

If you decide this is not the right season for you, whether it is a move, a budget change, or any other reason, we completely understand and have you covered.

If you do not wish to renew your season tickets, please submit the opt-out form by 11:59 p.m. MST on March 9 to be removed from automatic renewal. Submitting this form will remove you from the renewal list, and you will not receive season tickets for the 2026–27 Broadway season.

To ensure your card is not charged during automatic renewal on March 11, the form must be submitted by the March 9 deadline. If you decide not to renew after 11:59 p.m. MST on March 9, simply contact the ASU Gammage Box Office, and their team will be happy to help you cancel your tickets.

Audience Advisory: ASU Gammage offers a diverse selection of arts entertainment. Not all productions may be appropriate for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with shows offered to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.

Automatic Renewal: You will be automatically renewed each season into a full subscription package. Package prices and details will vary each season.  Your credit card will be charged the then-current subscription price annually or in installments (if you’re on a plan).  If you cancel before the charge date from the email, you won’t be charged. Season tickets holders can cancel their season ticket renewals up until the first performance of the season by contacting the ASU Gammage Box Office. A valid credit card and email are required.
