ASU Gammage Ticketing Terms and Conditions
By purchasing tickets to an event or series at ASU Gammage, you agree to the following terms. Additional restrictions may apply on a show-by-show basis.
All Sales Are Final
Refunds are only available if an event is canceled. No refunds or compensation will be issued if you are unable to attend for any reason.
Attendance Responsibility
You are responsible for attending the performance listed on your ticket and sitting in the assigned seat at the scheduled time.
Please check your tickets immediately upon receipt for the correct date, time, seat location, and number of tickets. Performance times may change without notice. Call the ASU Gammage Box Office to confirm the time and to verify will call orders. No refunds will be issued for ticket errors.
Authorized Ticket Sellers
Tickets should only be purchased through the ASU Gammage Box Office or Ticketmaster. Third-party sellers are not authorized. ASU Gammage is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sources and cannot provide refunds or exchanges for them.
Show Content and Appropriateness
It is your responsibility to research show content before purchasing. Disliking or being offended by content does not qualify for a refund, exchange, or compensation. Materials are available to help you make informed decisions. Contact the ASU Gammage Box Office for assistance prior to purchase.
Late Seating Policy
Latecomers may be subject to alternate seating and may not be admitted until an appropriate break in the performance. No refunds or compensation will be issued for missed portions due to late arrival.
Please plan ahead for travel, parking, construction, and traffic. ASU Gammage staff can help you find resources to plan your visit. We recommend arriving early.
Everyone Needs a Ticket
All attendees, including infants, must have a ticket.
Ticket Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be completed at least 48 hours before the performance listed on the original tickets.

Exchanges can be made online, by phone, or in person at the ASU Gammage Box Office.

Tickets purchased from third-party sellers, group tickets, and complimentary tickets are not eligible for exchange.

Discounts and special offers may carry restrictions that void them during an exchange.

Exchanges can only be made for other authorized performances of the same show.

Fees: $10 per ticket for single-ticket buyers; $5 per ticket for season subscribers.

Seats cannot be held or guaranteed in advance. All seats are subject to availability at the time of exchange. A submitted request does not guarantee new tickets.
