Cultural Participation

Our mission of Connecting Communities™ goes beyond the walls of ASU Gammage and allows us to embed ourselves into the fabric of Arizona. ASU Gammage Cultural Participation programs create access for children and adults of all economic circumstances and cultures to community arts programs, world-class artists and innovative academic learning tools and initiatives. The Cultural Participation programs are the heart of ASU Gammage's mission of Connecting Communities™ The programs take the artist voice, community identities and the innovation of ASU to create a shared cultural place; uniquely inspiring and bringing thousands of Arizonans together for extraordinary shared experiences that create community and foster learning.

Camp Broadway The Camp Broadway team is comprised of distinguished actors, writers and designers directly from New York, who work with kids ages 10-17 for one week.
Open Rehearsals Open Rehearsals allow the public a chance to get a behind-the-scenes look at an upcoming BEYOND performance.
The Gammage Residency The ASU Gammage Residency is a program that supports an exceptional performing artist for an extended period of time.
Journey Home Journey Home is an intensive four-week arts program for women incarcerated at the Maricopa County Estrella Jail.
