Important: Use this form only if you do not wish to renew your 26-27 Broadway season tickets.
Submitting this form will remove you from the renewal list, and you will not receive season tickets for the 2026–27 Broadway season.
To ensure your card is not charged during automatic renewal on March 11, this form must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. MST on March 9.
If you decide not to renew after this deadline, please contact the ASU Gammage Box Office, and their team will assist you with canceling your tickets.
