ASU Gammage, built by world renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright, provides a distinctive modern setting for your next private event. This includes but is not limited to receptions, concerts, meetings, award ceremonies and pre and post show receptions for your group ticket purchases.

Promenade

The open-air Promenade overlooks the ASU campus and the rooftops of Tempe. This area can handle 100 to 250* guests. A beautiful setting for a cocktail party or a sit-down dinner. This space is available for pre-show or post-show** receptions.  

 Kathryn Gammage Gallery and Scoular Gallery

The Kathryn Gammage and Scoular Galleries overlook the north and south ends of the center lobby, respectively. They feature artwork from local artists on the walls. This area is a comfortable place for a cocktail party** for 20 to 45* guests. Reception start time based on show conditions.  

Love Lobby

The center lobby named the Richard and Rae Love Lobby is a unique curved indoor area that can house a sit-down dinner or cocktail party for any size up to 250* guests. The tall ceiling makes this space very elegant.

Portico Patio Cafe

This outdoor cafe can hold up to 75* people for a casual party. This is the exterior area of the Love lobby. This space is available to reserve for pre-show** receptions.
