We look forward to seeing you at ASU Gammage. 

Arrive early

Due to capacity audiences, increased traffic and congestion on campus, you WILL experience traffic and parking delays arriving to and departing from ASU Gammage. Please arrive early to ensure you have enough time to park and go through security.

Have your tickets and parking passes ready

Make sure you have your digital tickets and parking passes ready to be scanned on your mobile device.

Leave your bags at home

Bags will be limited to clear bags (max 12”x6”x12”) and small clutch/purse/bag (max 5.5" x 8.5" – roughly the size of a folded piece of letter paper). Please leave purses, backpacks in your vehicle or at home. We encourage you to familiarize your party with the ASU Gammage security policy. More information below. 

Digital Tickets

This is how you access your digital tickets: 

Season ticket holders or ticket holders who purchased via the ASU Gammage Box Office

  1. Go to asugammage.com on your mobile device
  2. Tap Account Login
  3. Sign in with the email and password you used to purchase your tickets
  4. Tap My Events and select your desired performance
  5. Select your seat then tap Add to Apple Wallet or Google Pay

Ticket holders who purchased from asugammage.com or Ticketmaster.com

  1. Open your Ticketmaster App or visit Ticketmaster.com using your mobile internet.
  2. Login to your Ticketmaster account and locate the order with your ticket(s).
  3. Add to Apple Wallet or Google Pay

For mobile tickets and mobile parking passes we encourage you to save to your phone prior to arrival.

Digital Tickets

Parking Passes

All season ticket parking passes can be found in your ASU Gammage subscriber account. Access parking passes and download to your phone in advance of the show. Parking passes purchased on Ticketmaster.com can be found in your Ticketmaster account.

Season ticket holders your parking passes are in your ASU Gammage account. All parking passes have 06/29/24 listed as their expiration date.

Security and Bag Policy

For most shows patrons will be screened using metal detectors.

Bag policy: 

For all shows patrons are are limited to one carry-in item per person. Bags will be limited to clear bags (max. 12”x6”x12”) or a small bag no larger than 8.5" x 5.5". (Bag size does not include the strap or handle). Please leave purses, backpacks in your vehicle or at home.

The following items are prohibited inside ASU Gammage: 

  • Weapons of any kind including those carried with permit
  • Mace/pepper spray
  • Any non-clear bags or items larger than 8.5”x5.5” and clear bags larger than 12”x6"x12"
  • Beverages and beverage containers (a factory sealed water, empty plastic or metal water bottle 32 fl oz or smaller is allowed)
  • Pets - except service animals
  • Full sized strollers, bikes, skateboards, scooters, hover boards, long boards (bike and skateboard racks available outside)
  • Wrapped presents and packages (items need to be unwrapped in order to be inspected.)
  • Any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by ASU Gammage Security Staff

Food and Beverage at ASU Gammage

ASU Gammage’s on-site Portico Patio cafe opens 90 minutes prior to most Broadway performances and 60 minutes prior to Beyond performances. It offers gourmet sandwiches, snacks, desserts and beverages.

Our coffee and dessert bar, The Wright Place features signature cocktails, wine selections and Red Carpet Coffee & Treats.

VIP Donor Lounge

Broadway Parking

  • Gold Lot (Lot 3- ASU Gammage Lot)
    Limited Parking Available Reserved for subscribers with season ticket booklet parking pass as space permits and patrons requiring accessible parking spaces. When the Gold Lot is full, patrons will be directed to the Maroon Garage.
  • Maroon Garage (Apache Structure) Available for purchase in advance at the ASU Gammage Box Office for $10.
    Day-of-show: Pay current posted rate.
    Also available for subscribers with season parking passes.
  • Accessible parking is available in all parking areas. Dedicated accessible spaces are held in the Gold Lot.

  • From US 60 – Exit S. Mill Ave. (Exit 173) – turn north onto S. Mill Ave. to 13th St./Apache Blvd.– turn east onto 13th St./Apache Blvd. – turn north onto S. Forest Ave. to Lemon St. – entrance to lot on your left
  • From Loop 101 (northbound) – Exit E. Broadway Rd. continue on Frontage (Price Rd.) to E. Apache Blvd. – turn west onto E. Apache Blvd. to S. Forest Ave. – turn north onto S. Forest Ave. to Lemon St. – entrance to lot on your left

Health and Safety

ASU or each Event may unilaterally implement health and safety protocols based on updated public health guidance and applicable law. Such health protocols may include, without limitation: required masks, proof of vaccination, testing, and temperature checks. Updates will be provided to ticket holders prior to each performance or posted at https://www.asugammage.com/visitors/know-you-go. Any guest who does not comply may be required to leave the theater, and will not receive a refund. Guests with accessibility questions or who require additional assistance may email boxoffice@asugammage.com or call 480-965-3434. Events are planned at full capacity.
