School to Work

Educating students about careers in the arts.

For the past 12 years, more than 1,500 high school students have experienced School to Work, a day-long interactive workshop that highlights potential careers in arts administration. During the workshop, students interact with ASU Gammage employees from various departments such as the box office, marketing, programming, cultural participation, accounting and technical production departments. Students also meet with a company manager from a Broadway show and get an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour to see what jobs are available with a Broadway touring company.

A Fall School to Work Program was held for Phantom of the Opera on November 5, 2009.
